This full-time night shift RN role is based in Brookfield, WI, at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in the Cardiac Medical Step-down department.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Communicate patient conditions
- Cookout multidisciplinary care
- Manage discharge planning
Requirements
- A valid RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
- BLS certification within 30 days
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
