About the Role

The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and provides comprehensive nursing care during a patient's hospital stay, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams using a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough patient assessments and develops individualized care plans.
• Administers medications and documents patient responses.
• Educates patients and families on care and health management.
• Provides specialized care, including pain management, restraint use, and abuse assessment.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort while adhering to infection control and professional standards.
• Communicates effectively with healthcare team members and facilitates handoffs.
• Participates in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Maintains a respectful, collaborative work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid RN license in applicable states.
• BLS certification.
