Full-time night-shift position for a Medical Surgical Charge Registered Nurse.
About the role
You will have leadership responsibilities, overseeing nursing care through the nursing process and acting as an extension of the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing care on a Medical/Surgical unit.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
- Support and mentor staff nurses in delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required).
- Active RN license in New Jersey (required).
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire (required).
- At least one year of experience as a Staff RN on a Medical/Surgical unit (required).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
Skills
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Clinical expertise in Medical/Surgical nursing.
