Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical

About the role

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain practice standards
• Coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff
• Ensure quality nursing care within organization policies and procedures

Requirements

• Graduation from a nursing program (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• No experience required; new graduates eligible
• Hospital experience preferred
• Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

Certifications & Specializations

• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, CHEMO/BIO, or specialty-specific credentials may be required based on area
• Certifications must be obtained within specified timeframes, especially for nurse residents or those new to the field
