Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care and perform assessments
• Administer medications and monitor complex conditions
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and support safe discharges
• Educate patients and families about care and health management
• Document all care activities accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams
• Precept and mentor new staff members
• Uphold standards of compassion, safety, and quality in a fast-paced acute care environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Current valid RN license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
