About the Role
Registered Nurses (RNs) provide direct patient care, education, and care transitions within a comprehensive nursing practice model. All new graduates with less than 12 months of experience are automatically enrolled in a Nurse Residency Program and receive extensive orientation. RNs support patient and family needs across various settings, demonstrating leadership as preceptors, mentors, and quality improvement contributors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nursing care, including planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating for assigned patients
- Support professional nursing practice across care settings and continuum
- Delegate patient care appropriately based on skill, experience, acuity, and resources
- Exhibit excellent communication, mentoring, and teaching skills
- Participate in committees or projects to improve care quality
Requirements
- Graduate or student of a registered nursing program
- Current RN license (MN or applicable state)
- BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
- Ability to support TN sponsorship with licensure and certification
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of RN or LPN experience
Schedule
Full-time role with rotating day/night shifts, including holiday and every 3rd weekend rotations.
