About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical Stepdown unit to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and adjust plans as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
- Ensure adherence to the organization’s mission and standards.
- Demonstrate professional accountability and collaboration with care teams.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in Missouri or a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform movements necessary for nursing duties.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience in hospital settings.
- Additional certifications or specialty licenses.
