Registered Nurse in Medical Oncology unit
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based cancer care, including chemotherapy administration and symptom management
- Provide patient education and support
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient responses and document in the EHR
- Support families and promote safety and quality standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical knowledge of oncology care and chemotherapy protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide compassionate care
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous professional development
