Registered Nurse - Medical Oncology

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and therapeutic interventions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological health.
• Develop individualized care plans with input from patients and families.
• Delegate and coordinate care delivery.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification.
• BSN preferred; RNs with less than 12 months' experience must obtain a BSN within four years of hire.

• Ability to navigate busy environments.

This role is based in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Schedule

36 hours per week.
