Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and therapeutic interventions. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team, develops individualized treatment plans, and ensures compliance with clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures. They oversee care provided by LPNs and CNAs, participate in clinical conferences, and communicate compassionately with patients and families.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
