Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based cancer care, including chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and patient education.
- Collaborate: Work with physicians, pharmacists, and the care team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor & Document: Observe patient responses, document in the electronic health record (EHR), and support families.
- Ensure Safety & Quality: Promote safety standards and uphold quality care practices.
