About the role
The Registered Nurse – Specialty (U) delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service while ensuring population-specific patient care. The incumbent oversees nurses and allied health staff in their daily practice.
Responsibilities

- Oversight of nurses and allied health staff in their daily practice.
Requirements
- Current RN license in state of practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in specialty nursing area preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
