Registered Nurse - Medical ICU (Full-Time)

About the role

Seeking a licensed RN to provide care in a 22-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit dedicated to critically ill children with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, metabolic crises, and congenital anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Managing patients with respiratory, infectious, and metabolic emergencies across all ages.
• Delivering family-centered, collaborative care in an ICU setting.
• Working 36 hours per week with rotating day/night shifts and every third weekend.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Massachusetts RN licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric ICU experience or adult ICU experience with ventilated patients.
• Experience with medically fragile or technology-dependent patients preferred.
