Registered Nurse, Medical ICU (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse for a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) caring for critically ill pediatric and adult patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, metabolic crises, and complex co-morbidities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with life-threatening conditions, including ventilated patients and those with metabolic or respiratory issues.
• Collaborate within a team environment, practicing family-centered care in an ICU setting.
• Engage in learning opportunities and support career development.

Requirements

• BSN required.
• At least 1 year of pediatric or ICU experience (adult ICU experience considered).
• Massachusetts RN licensure.

Schedule

36-hour workweek with rotating shifts and weekends.
