About the role

Join a critical care team as a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a 12-bed ICU unit. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Your duties include coordinating care with other departments, evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members, and upholding service standards aligned with organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive patient care in a dynamic critical care environment
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• Current RN license and meeting state requirements
• Preferred experience in critical care settings
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
