About the role

The UHealth Hospital Surgical Intensive Care Department seeks a Registered Nurse to join their team in UTower.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe, coordinate, evaluate and deliver patient care through collaborative efforts with members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Practice according to the nursing process and standards of care.
• Direct and guide patient and family teaching.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor’s degree (BSN) preferred.
• RNs hired with an Associates (ASN) degree must complete the BSN degree within 2 years.
• Valid Florida Registered Nurse License.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 Years Of Critical Care Nursing Experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor’s degree (BSN) preferred.

• Knowledge of critical care nursing practices.
