About the Role
Provide professional critical care nursing in a Medical ICU setting. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes in status, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, delegate tasks appropriately, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor’s degree required within five years if only an Associate Degree is held at hire)
- Current Illinois RN license
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
