Location: Naperville, IL | Full time, 36 hours/week | 7:00am-7:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies
- Employ critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care
- Monitor patient progress and document observations
- Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of critical care RN experience
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if only an Associate Degree, must obtain a Bachelor’s within five years
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)
- ACLS certification required within six months of employment
