Schedule
- 7:00am–7:30pm (Day shift)
- Rotating weekends and holidays
Pay
$36.00 – $55.80 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in compliance with state laws and hospital policies
- Assess patient conditions and recognize changes
- Plan and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and document observations
- Delegate tasks appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to meet unit goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of critical care RN experience
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor’s required within five years if holding an Associate Degree)
- Current Illinois RN license
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
