Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care following state and hospital policies

- Monitor patient progress and record observations
- Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with team members to meet unit goals
- Deliver high-quality care and adapt to changing conditions
- Work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of RN critical care experience
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Valid Illinois RN license
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification within six months of employment
