Registered Nurse - Medical ICU - Days

Position: RN - Medical ICU Location: Naperville, IL Hours: 7:00am-7:30pm, part-time, 24 hours/week, with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policiesAssess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, and monitor progressEmploy critical thinking and record pertinent observationsDelegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of the healthcare team Qualifications Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experienceAssociate Degree in Nursing or higher; Bachelor's Degree required within five years if holding an Associate DegreeCurrent Illinois RN licensureCPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)ACLS certification within six months of employment Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, adaptability Additional Details: Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $55.80 hourly, with a minimum increase to $37.25 after review.
