Position: RN - Medical ICU Location: Naperville, IL Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care according to state practice acts and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Duties may vary by shift and unit. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experienceAssociate Degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if only an Associate Degree)Current Illinois RN licensureCPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)ACLS certification within six months of employment Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, adaptability. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly pay $37.25 - $57.74 based on experience.
