Registered Nurse in the Medical ICU, specializing in critical patient care.

Responsibilities

Lead healthcare team efforts by establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems, collaborating with physicians and staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans promoting health or supporting peaceful death. Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey, ensuring care management aligns with policies and procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum one year of acute nursing experience
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Reactivation or refresher course required if license inactive for five years or more without recent practice
