Registered Nurse - Medical ICU

About the role

This position requires a Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Medical ICU. The nurse will lead the healthcare team by establishing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death. The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care, accountability, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; valid RN license in the appropriate state
• One year of relevant experience preferred

Skills

• Certifications such as ENPC, TNCC, or CEN are preferred
• Facility-specific training in restrictive interventions required within three months of hire
