About the role
Join as a Registered Nurse in the Medical ICU to provide exceptional patient care on a full-time night shift.
Responsibilities
- Establish genuine relationships with patients and their support systems
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion
- Maintain accountability for care management according to policies and procedures
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient-centered care
- Collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment aligned with quality and safety standards
- Engage in community involvement and team member engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is necessary. If licensure has been inactive for over five years, a Board-approved refresher course is required for reinstatement.
- Experience: One year relevant experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certifications: Current RN license in the appropriate state required; ENPC, TNCC, or CEN preferred; facility-specific training within three months of hire required.
