Registered Nurse - Medical ICU

About the role

Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Medical ICU on night shifts, providing compassionate, personalized patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team by establishing strong patient relationships and collaborating with physicians and staff.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to promote health or support peaceful death.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patient navigation through their health journey.
• Ensure care aligns with current policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional patient care, foster teamwork, promote diversity and inclusion, and maintain a safe environment aligned with "First Do No Harm" principles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; active RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Certifications such as ENPC, TNCC, or CEN are a plus.
• Completion of facility-specific restrictive intervention curricula within three months of hire.
