Registered Nurse - Medical ICU

About the Role

Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Medical ICU during night shifts, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and developing personalized care plans to promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care.

Qualifications

The role requires establishing genuine relationships with patients and their support systems, utilizing evidence-based practices, and ensuring care aligns with policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Certifications such as ENPC, TNCC, or CEN are advantageous.
• Completion of facility-specific restrictive interventions training within three months of hire is mandatory.
