About the Role
Full-time position (40 hours per week) with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, located in Skokie, IL.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
- Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and conveying plans of care
- Patient education and teaching
- Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
- Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL
- Graduate of State-approved school of nursing; ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting
