Registered Nurse - Medical Group Cardiology

Role Overview: Responsible for providing nursing care within a medical group setting, supporting physicians and office staff. Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing services including phone triage, test result management, medication refills, and patient education.Respond to patient messages via electronic health records and document care in Epic.Assist in conveying care plans and coordinating patient needs.Travel to various locations as needed and adapt to flexible hours. Qualifications & Skills Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois.Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.
