Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care under supervision
- Perform phone triage
- Manage test results
- Handle medication refills
- Process prior authorizations
- Deliver patient education
- Respond to electronic messages
- Chart in Epic EMR
- Convey care plans
Qualifications
- Current Illinois nursing license
- Graduate of an approved nursing program (ASN minimum, BSN preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in office or hospital settings
