Registered Nurse - Medical Group Cardiology

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Group setting. Responsibilities Provide nursing care under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians.Perform phone triage, interpret test results, handle medication refills, prior authorizations, and educate patients about their care plans.Manage patient communications via NorthShore Connect messages.Accurately chart in the electronic medical record (Epic). Qualifications & Skills Current IL nursing license is required.Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.
