Registered Nurse - Medical Float (Days)

Position Overview

The Medical Float Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, patient-centered care across various inpatient units, including Medical-Surgical, Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Cardiac Neuro.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care and monitor patient outcomes
• Coordinate with healthcare team members and support staff
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and organizational values
• Evaluate and oversee care provided by others

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the state of Arkansas or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Skills

• Two or more years of critical care experience
• Potential for growth into PCU, Critical Care, or Emergency Department roles through experience and training
