Responsibilities
- Act as a preceptor to two senior nursing students, supporting their care for four patients with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to enhance student learning and clinical skills.
- Contribute to the development of future nursing professionals while advancing your leadership abilities.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state or with a compact license, meeting all licensing requirements.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation; ACLS and BLS required within 90 days.
