Role Overview Join an innovative educational environment as a Registered Nurse in a dedicated teaching unit focused on training upcoming nurses. Responsibilities Act as a preceptor to senior nursing students, providing direct patient care on an 18-bed Medical Telemetry unit with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio (day shift only). Support students’ clinical rotations with oversight from a clinical preceptor. Contribute to patient care excellence and nursing education, while developing leadership skills. Qualifications & Skills Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)Current RN license in the state or compact licensureHealthcare Provider card (American Heart Association) and ACLS/BLS certifications (obtained within 90 days if not already held)
