Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry

About the role

Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for diverse age groups. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary or accountable nurse
• Educate patients and families on health
• Administer medications safely
• Support resource management
• Participate in nursing governance and peer review
• Apply evidence-based practice

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
• Current New York State RN license; CCRN and advanced certifications preferred
• Patient-centered, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to clinical excellence
• Knowledge of pharmacology, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements

Work environment

• Work in both office and patient care areas with exposure to cleaning solutions and PPE
• Require frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting in a fast-paced setting
• Provide care across all age groups with HIPAA Level 3 access to patient information
