About the Role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for managing and delivering patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, within the scope of the New York State Nurse Practice Act. This includes providing direct care, delegating tasks, leading team efforts, and focusing on patient and family education and discharge planning. The role emphasizes optimal resource utilization and adherence to nursing processes.
