About the Role
Join a dedicated nursing team in a critical access hospital setting, providing comprehensive Med/Surg care with a patient/nurse ratio of 5:1.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with therapy teams to support patient recovery and return to daily activities
- Performing physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and reaching
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or valid compact license
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS (or ability to obtain within specified timeframe)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical duties required by the role
