Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float Pool

Role Overview

This position involves providing expert nursing care in a Med Surg Float Pool across multiple units, including Neurology, Orthopedics, Oncology, Pulmonary, Renal, Vascular, and Medical Telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex care plans
• Monitor patient conditions
• Facilitate communication with the medical team
• Coordinate discharge and care needs
• Serve as a patient advocate in dynamic clinical settings

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
