Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
- Perform delegated duties within scope of practice, including lab testing and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, quality control, and competency requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Colorado RN license or active multistate license.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Two+ years of acute care experience preferred.
- Ability to float within hospital units and perform competency-based duties.
