About the Role

Join as a Float Pool RN to provide versatile Med-Surg care across multiple locations, supporting staffing needs and gaining diverse clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain a safe patient environment following safety principles
• Adapt to various clinical settings while ensuring safety and quality

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s or BSN preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in Medical-Surgical, Critical Care, Emergency, Behavioral Health, Women’s Services, or Perioperative nursing
• Current compact licensure in the appropriate state; specialty certifications preferred

Skills

• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking and conflict resolution
• Computer literacy
• Ability to interpret patient needs and modify care accordingly

Certifications

Certifications such as ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, CPI, PALS, ENPC, and fetal monitoring may be required or preferred.
