Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float Nights

Responsibilities

• Provides the best possible nursing care by planning, organizing, and directing the nursing functions of patients on the unit.
• Demonstrates ability to recognize patients' individual needs based on medical conditions, age adolescents, young adults, middle-aged and geriatric), limitations and planned procedures.
• Requires good judgment in delivering patient care; good oral and written communication skills; ability to function in stressful situations.
• Current review in CPR. Advanced resuscitation as per area's requirement preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.
• Previous experience in general duty nursing preferred, but not required.
• Two Years Nursing Experience In Medical Surgical Area Preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state.
