Registered Nurse – Medical Float (Nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process
• Maintain accountability for patient outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate care provided by direct caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Uphold patient rights, safety standards, and confidentiality
• Adapt to varying workflows and patient acuity levels
• Follow organizational policies, standards, and values

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in Arkansas or a compact state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• PREFERRED: 2+ years of critical care experience
