Registered Nurse – Medical Float (Nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centered nursing care and monitor outcomes
• Evaluate and coordinate care provided by other staff
• Collaborate with physicians and support services for continuity of care
• Maintain safety standards, confidentiality, and uphold patient rights
• Adapt to varying workflows and patient acuity levels

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN licensure in Arkansas or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• PREFERRED: 2+ years of critical care experience
