Registered Nurse - Med Surg/ED

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and care transitions. The RN supports professional practice across various settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care
• Providing leadership through mentorship and quality improvement activities
• Delegating patient care appropriately based on skill, experience, and resources

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program
• Preferred one year of RN experience or equivalent LPN experience

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification (additional certifications as needed)
• Eligible for TN sponsorship with necessary licensure and certification completion
