About the Role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Med/Surg department in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. In this full-time role, you'll work 36 hours per week on day shifts from 7am-7pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. You will collaborate closely with the Therapy team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care aimed at restoring patients to their pre-hospitalization lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Ensuring adherence to safety and clinical standards
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communication
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing and walking
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS (training provided if needed)
- Additional unit-specific certifications as required or within designated timeframe
