About the role
The Manager of Nursing Services is responsible for providing direct oversight and coordination of float staffing resources for the nursing gaps at all PACE sites. This role oversees the day-to-day nursing operation processes for onsite specialty services, quality assurance and compliance audits, ordering, inventory, and maintenance of clinic equipment, supplies, and standard of work for nursing levels (MA, LVN, and RN) in the respective areas. Additionally, this position supports ongoing oversight of onsite provider vendors' workflow and coordination of the delivery of care with internal staff and contracted providers.
Requirements
- California Board of Registered Nurses, licensed and active with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Public Health preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a registered nurse with 3-5 years in nursing management in a healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with healthcare organizations with either Title XXII (licensing regulations) and/or the elderly/geriatric population.
- Experience working in teams with disciplines such as nursing, social work, psychology, recreational therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, medicine, and/or gerontology.
- Valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
Pay
$122,465.83 - $153,082.28 annually
Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
