This position involves managing daily hospital care management operations, including staffing, budgeting, and process improvements. You will collaborate with physicians and leadership to develop programs that enhance care transitions, physician partnerships, and patient advocacy. The role requires clinical expertise in medical necessity, patient management, and documentation systems, along with mentoring staff and fostering effective change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff management, policy development, and regulatory compliance
• Analyze data to drive operational and clinical improvements
• Lead initiatives to improve patient, staff, and customer satisfaction
• Provide direct or indirect supervision of team members
• Manage budget authority and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Active RN license
• Case management experience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical necessity criteria and documentation systems
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Preferred certifications: ACM or CCM
