Full-Time Registered Nurse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to oversee clinical services at our home health branches in Westbury, Hauppauge, and Riverhead, NY.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and analyze clinical operations for assigned locations.
• Assess patients, manage care plans, and assign caregivers.
• Ensure delivery of quality care, compliance with regulations, and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate communication among team members, physicians, and caregivers.
• Manage clinical staff, evaluate performance, conduct training, and address disciplinary issues.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide occasional direct patient care during emergencies and step in for the Branch Director as needed.
• Support sales, marketing, and community relationship efforts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience with home health agencies, including CHHA or relevant clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• OASIS experience required; certifications like HCS-O, COQS, or COS-C are advantageous.
• Leadership and management experience preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.
