Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery - Night Shift

About the Role

Provides specialized nursing care in a labor and delivery setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort during childbirth. Responsible for monitoring fetal and maternal health, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Participate in patient education and support during labor and delivery.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if holding an associate degree.
• Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, C-EFM, and NRP certifications.
• Night shift availability, including some weekends and holidays.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years of labor and delivery experience.
