Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery - PRN

About the role

A skilled Registered Nurse to provide independent and comprehensive nursing care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Document care activities.
• Educate patients and families.
• Identify issues and utilize appropriate protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• NRP and ACLS certifications.
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in perinatal care or similar specialty.
• Completion of required onboarding and competency validations.

Skills

• Delegation abilities.

Schedule

This is a PRN role offering a flexible schedule with shift differentials for nights and weekends.
